I have been busy learning to use the new Babylock Ellisimo sewing/embroidery machine that my husband bought for me in May. It has been so fun! Most of my work so far has been on the embroidery side and learning different techniques. It may seem that the machine does all the work for you, but for the machine to do that work it takes someone knowledgeable to run the machine and make sure the embroidery comes out looking like it should.

So far I have embroidered some great Free Standing Lace, Appliques, and Patches, as well as embroidering on towels, t-shirts, and fleece hats. I hope to be posting some helpful tutorials on some of these techniques in the next week or two. In the meantime I am posting pictures of my projects on my posts.

Here are a few of my Free Standing Lace projects, they turn out so great! I love Free Standing Lace and most of the things I make can be turned into other crafts so it's like getting two crafts out of one. Enjoy the pics.
